Once upon a time, O-3 use to be a lawless sea of crime and unorganised law enforcement, but thanks to the efforts of FORTUNE, the bounty hunting and household mega-corp, crime took a nosedive, securely with the aid of their revolutionary new social media provide the 'Fortune Galaxy Network'.
Ran through a Neural-Brain chip, linked directly into the minds of over 60% of the galaxy Fortune whispers influence and suggestion, turning even the most passive consumer into die-hard Fortune fans, voting, ​eating and working thew ay Fortune tells them to.
Whilst not everyone was subjected to the chip, those who spoke out against it found a very pricy bounty put over their heads, and an ominous visit from Fortunes Bounty Hunters.
But as Fortune pushed, a resistance pushed back, a fully-fledged rebellion of independent bounty hunters, freedom fighters and covert plants conspiring against Fortune to liberate the masses. Murmured in whispers the galaxy calls them REMNANT, fighting in the shadows to take down Fortune by utilising it's won super-weapons to liberate the galaxy.
