The end of a season.
To some of you, the end of the season was just the start of your journey, ripe and ready to plunge into the following season of mishaps and rewards. To the rest, it was a time of reflection, a time to look back at how it all had started, back when the biggest problem in your line of work was taking down bounties while looking good for the cameras. Remnant, Moni, Mr Leach, Clara, The Day of Fortune… It was so different now. A conflict you got sucked in the middle of. Either fighting on behalf of a corporate super company —not above implanting chips in your head— or standing with a group of rag-tag freedom fighters, doing everything they could to survive against insurmountable odds.
How you’ve grown…
For better or worse.
It was the end of the season and the end of Fortune's big marketing campaign to turn you from mere bounty hunters into galactic celebrities. All set up to repeat the process with fresh faces all over again.
The end of the season always came with ceremony and fanfare in the form of a glamorous award ceremony. The Fortune anniversaries always followed the same beats, the same patterns. Staged like a play, glamorous and ritzy, but all the same. Regardless, attendance was mandatory, in the same way ‘if you don’t come we’ll be very disappointed, was mandatory, ‘Corporate work-life culture’ mandatory.
The event itself was as you expected, beautiful and decent, with a giant grand stage as its centrepiece and rows of tables for you all to sit at. The dress code was black tie and high fashion, adding to Fortune's image of wealth, fame and power. Thankfully, you didn’t have to wait long for the event to start, Clara took to the stage and began the opening ceremonies, listing out the rewards and categories.

We hope you enjoy what we have planned for the last phase of Fortune Galaxy’s story in ‘SEASON 2’. We’ll also be creating a dedicated roleplay room for characters to respond to announcements and enjoy the swanky party!
